After you book your project date, I’ll send you a Welcome Kit, Content Guides and access to a Client Portal. This is where you’ll upload your copy, branding, and images (if you’re not booking those services with me)

You’ll need to upload all the necessary files before the project start date or I reserve the right to push the start date back to my next available date.

One Week Website payment plan:

• 25% due upon booking

• 50% due upon project start date

• 25% due on project launch date

Typically you’ll want to book at least three-four weeks out.

Before starting, we have a "prep-work" phase.

This gives you time and info to prepare, and the time is key for a solid foundation for us.

But if you’re completely prepared with your copy and images and the rest of your prep-work, and I have availability, I’m happy to start sooner!

I’ve found that when clients aren’t ready by the project start date, the project suffers. I hate seeing that, because I want the most successful outcomes for them!

So in order to provide the best service and give your website the time and cares it needs, I may move our design period.

If your prep work is not submitted by the due date (typically one week before the design period begins) I may move your website to my next available date.

If you have extenuating circumstances please let me know! I am happy to work with you.

One Week Websites are complete within one week.

We typically start on a Monday and end on that same Friday.

Your prep-work will need to be submitted at least one week prior to the project start date.

If you’d like to add on any copywriting, branding or SEO services, additional pages or integrations, that will typically add another 1-2 weeks.

Long answer: While I have years of experience in WordPress, I find Squarespace is user-friendly, packed with customizable options, and requires zero manual upgrades or updates. It is by far my favorite platform to design on.

Plus, Squarespace makes it easy for my clients to manage and make edits themselves. Win-win!

Squarespace charges an annual fee (see here for latest prices). However, as a Squarespace Circle Member, I offer my clients 20% off their first year and one year of free custom domain hosting.

Services such as copywriting, photography, branding, and social media marketing are not included in my web design packages.

Third-party integrations such as Squarespace scheduling or emailing marketing, Mailchimp, Honeybook, stock imagery, custom fonts, Flowdesk, Acuity scheduling, Google Suite, Annual Domain hosting, and CRMs are not included in my packages.
