I provide comprehensive content guides and interactive worksheets designed to help you organize your ideas and material clearly.
My goal is to simplify the process for you, making it more efficient and less overwhelming.
Every client is provided access to a personalized client portal which serves as a platform to track project milestones, ask & answer questions, complete tasks, and facilitate smooth communication.
After the live launch and website hand-off, I offer two weeks of email-based and video support so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.
I offer custom website maintenance and update packages exclusively for past clients who’d like additional support.
With a designated project timeline, guaranteed launch date, unlimited revisions, and personalized 1:1 attention.

Additional services including website strategy, brand interview + copywriting, advanced SEO, stock photo sourcing and brand kits are available.
We’ll discuss your needs and goals in our Discovery Call, so I can prepare a custom package suited for your unique needs.

What you’re responsible for:

You provide your logo, branding colors and typography.
If you don’t yet have colors and fonts, I’ll provide a color palette and choose a set of customized Squarespace fonts for you at no additional cost.
You provide your website copy. After all, you know your business and your ideal client best!
But don’t worry - I provide comprehensive content worksheets and guides so you can relax and know exactly what to say.
You provide all the images to use on your website.
High-res photos of you work best, but you can also find stock images for free on sites like Unsplash and Pexels.
I also offer a Stock Photo Sourcing & Optimization package you can add to your design package!
It is highly highly recommended to have legal pages on your website, including a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. I recommend Termageddon (affiliate link), but you can use whichever provider you prefer.
I give a lot more options in your client portal!

The Process

01. Fill out the contact form on my Contact Page.

02. Once you hit ‘Submit’, you’ll have the option to book a free 30 min. consult call. I may send a Discovery Form before/after our call depending on the information needed.
03. I send a customized proposal based on your needs & goals from our conversation. Once you sign the contract and pay a deposit, your project date is reserved!

01. You’ll receive a welcome packet and content guides and worksheets to get you started.
*This step typically takes at least 2-3 weeks, so be sure to give yourself enough time to gather your materials.

01. On the Monday of our design period, we’ll have a kick-off call to review goals and process.
02. I start the website design + build based on your provided material.
*The whole process typically takes just one to two weeks for a complete custom website!
03. During this time you’ll receive milestones to review and edit, and I’ll continue building, designing, editing, and adding functionality.

01. On the last Friday of our project, we’ll have a live video launch.

02. I’ll provide a tutorial and customized training.

03. I’ll send you an offboarding kit and a feedback form. You’ll have two weeks of support post hand-off with me.

04. If you don’t want to make ongoing updates yourself, I offer exclusive support packages for clients.
